Zeop is a Colombian company and processes personal data under Colombian law (Ley 1581 of 2012 and Decreto 1377 of 2013). The Spanish version of this policy is the binding one; this page is a courtesy translation. If the two ever differ, the Spanish text prevails.

The short version
- We measure how this site is used (pages, time on page, clicks, cursor movement, device and IP) but only if you accept analytics cookies in the notice shown on arrival. Decline and the tool never loads.
- If you book a meeting, we keep your name, work email, company and role, and whatever you choose to tell us about your operation.
- During a client project, personal data of client employees stays inside the client's environment. It is not copied to Zeop infrastructure, and anything published is anonymised and aggregated first.
- We do not sell personal data.
- You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to the contact address listed in the Spanish policy.
